Test procedure

1. Click the orange button to load a video
2. Wait for it to load and start playing
3. Use the previous and next frame buttons to seek repeatedly (these use seekToFrame())
4. Observe video quality (should be OK — these are low quality videos)
5. Click button to load the other video (blue or orange)
6. Wait for it to load and start playing
7. Use the previous and next frame buttons to seek repeatedly
8. Observe video quality (should be obviously broken -- see issue.jpg)

• Reload the page to reset
• You can start with either video and it will be fine
• Switching to a second video (without reloading the page) causes the issue when seeking.
